Maintenance & Inspection
Keep your operable partitions running smoothly, safely, and quietly. Our certified technicians handle everything — so your walls just work, year after year.
What We Inspect & Service
Every M&I visit is a thorough, top-to-bottom evaluation of your operable wall system. Here's what our technician checks at every layer.
Overhead Track
We level and adjust your overhead track, inspect the interior surface for proper alignment, and remove any burrs caused by carrier wear over time.
Carriers & Trolleys
Every carrier assembly gets inspected and adjusted for proper alignment. We lubricate all track, trolleys, and carrier components to keep panels rolling smoothly.
Panel Alignment & Trim
Panels are leveled to ensure a secure fit between each one. We resecure all panel trim and check for any surface damage, warping, or wear.
Acoustical Seals
We inspect, adjust, and lubricate all mechanical sound seals — top, bottom, and vertical — to make sure your STC rating holds and sound stays where it should.
Lever Closure Assembly
The lever mechanisms that lock and seal your panels get inspected, adjusted, and lubricated for smooth, reliable operation every time.
Pass Doors
Where applicable, we adjust all pass doors for proper operation and function — checking hinges, latches, closers, and alignment.
Condition Report
After every visit, you receive a detailed deficiency report documenting the condition of your system, along with a quotation for any additional repairs needed.
